Once in a while, "Make my ...I love this post!

Once in a while, "Make my day" springs to mind (usually in driving situations here), but my favorite all-purpose line isn't from a movie. When I had my second daughter, one of the foreign women in the hospital with me, a Puerto Rican woman with excellent English, had a wicked sense of humor. She was limping past my room one day, wheeling her I.V., (we'd both had complications) and muttered, "Fun, fun, fun." For some reason, that line has stayed with us. It's gotten us through gastric flu, earthquakes, spats with kids. As an all-purpose word panacea, it has never failed us.Mary Witzlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06458299046574564155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4528227961565444889.post-20971961565279664312009-11-07T07:53:07.194-08:002009-11-07T07:53:07.194-08:00I thought of one :)
"Blue Punch Buggy!"...I thought of one :)

"Blue Punch Buggy!" from Lilo and Stitch.

In the middle of being attacked and having their house destroyed, Stitch yells, "Blue Punch Buggy!" He says it like he's having the time of his life, then he picks up the blue VW bug and proceeds to wollop the bad guys with it. It's hilarious (esp. if you've ever played the punch buggy game).

"Blue Punch Buggy!" always makes us laugh, especially if it's said in Stitch's voice.

BTW, I used the line from Rocky Horror last night ... I may have to use it again a few times.
